By downloading, installing, or using AI Interior Design ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you do not have permission to access or use the App.

Service Description

AI Interior Design is an application that provides interior design visualization, recommendations, and style analysis features. While we strive to maintain high quality and reliability, we cannot guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Subscription Terms

Some features of the App require a subscription purchase:

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the renewal date
Payment is charged to your iTunes Account upon confirmation of purchase
You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your iTunes Account settings
Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when purchasing a subscription

User Responsibilities

When using our App, you agree to:

Provide accurate information when required
Use the App in compliance with all applicable laws
Not attempt to circumvent any technical protection measures
Not use the App in any way that could damage or impair service operation
Not upload or share content that infringes upon intellectual property rights

User Content

When you upload images of your space or create designs using our App:

You retain ownership of your original content
You grant us a license to use, modify, and display this content to provide our services
You confirm you have the right to share any content you upload

Intellectual Property

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by AI Interior Design and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

AI-Generated Designs

Designs generated by our AI technology:

Are provided for inspiration and visualization purposes only
May not perfectly reflect real-world materials, dimensions, or feasibility
Should be reviewed by professional interior designers before implementation

Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties. While we strive to provide a reliable service, we cannot guarantee that:

The App will always function without disruptions, delay, or errors
Any errors or defects will be corrected
The App is free of viruses or other harmful components
Results from using the App will be accurate or reliable
Design recommendations will meet your specific needs or preferences

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI Interior Design shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the App.

Device Compatibility

The App is designed to work with iOS devices. While we aim to maintain broad compatibility, we cannot guarantee functionality across all device models and iOS versions.
